Delivery / Shipping / Returns

We aim to process, create and ship all of your unique one of a kind products as quickly as possible. Some of our products take a little longer than others. Our Canvas Prints, for example, are all hand stretched mounted and finished with care giving a superior product to adorn your walls with. So in short, turnaround can be within 24 hrs or upto 3 days depending on the product and also how busy we are.

NB: Standard Gift Products that require no personalization are usually shipped within 24hrs. It then depends on the delivery schedule you select.

If you have ordered several items we will endeavor to send them out at the same time, however we may send them separately depending on the production time of each product. This may mean varying costs for delivery.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery with Royal Mail takes between 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, First Class delivery takes between 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, and Tracked or Special delivery is usually delivered the next working day.
We have 4 main delivery methods for items being delivered in the UK. Each method of delivery has its own estimated delivery time and separate price. You can find more details on the Delivery Prices below

Returns

If your product arrives damaged please take a photo of it and of the packaging it arrived in. Send this to customer.service@dandyliondesigns.com

We will either send out a replacement as quickly as possible or refund your money.

We will refund on all standard products once we have received the item back. The customer will be responsible for postage. We recommend that you use tracked postage as we cannot refund if we don’t receive the item.

We cannot refund or accept returns of personalized products unless they have been damaged.
